2. Preparation before driving:
2-1. Clean up the site and remove all obstacles around the machine that affect work and safety.

2-3. Check the lubrication of the bearing and add lubricating oil.
3, empty car trial run:

4, feeding operation :

4-2, is provided with a vibrating bed through the endoscope to observe the dried material is within the bed, if necessary adjusting the heating temperature or the air volume, to be dried for 15 minutes, the material quality of the finished product at the sampling, measurement of the end product When the quality meets the requirements , the normal working state of the equipment should be set, that is, the inlet air temperature,
The exhaust air temperature , feed flow rate , air volume , wind pressure and other indicators are set and controlled .
4-3, the timing of the cyclone discharge, to avoid excessive material build the wind equipment failure, changing the water filter of the water curtain in accordance with a predetermined time.
4-4, when the end of production, the material to stop heating system is completed, when the bed temperature dropped to below 80 ℃, induced draft fan is stopped.
