2. If the compressor has started, but still has no effect, you can use a clamp-type ammeter to check whether the current of each phase of the compressor is the same. If the difference is not big, it means that the compressor is no problem. If the difference is too large, then The compressor may be broken and needs to be replaced.

3. If there is no problem in the above two inspections, it is necessary to check whether there is refrigerant leakage in the refrigeration system. Generally, it can be observed through the pressure gauge on the equipment itself. If the pressure gauge does not change during the start and stop of the compressor, It indicates that there is leakage in the compressor refrigeration system. At this time, it is necessary to detect leaks and traps. When leaking, the system can be filled with nitrogen gas. The nitrogen charge can be between 1.5Mpa and 2.5Mpa. After filling the leak point Use a vacuum pump to pump a vacuum and then refill the refrigerant.

4. If there is no problem with the above three items, it is necessary to check the heating system at this time. It may be that the solid state relay controlling the heater has failed. Its uninterrupted heating will offset the energy generated by the cooling, resulting in a low temperature drop. Can't go on. When checking, you can use the meter to measure whether the output of the solid state relay has electricity. If there is electricity, the solid state relay is broken and you can replace it.

5. If the above several tests are normal, you need to check the temperature sensor and controller. You can use a more accurate Thermometer or mercury thermometer to detect and control the device at room temperature without starting. The displayed value on the top of the device is compared with the value on the thermometer or mercury thermometer. If the deviation is large, the sensor has a problem. If it is similar, it indicates that the controller is faulty.
