Autumn turn. After the fruit is harvested, it is deep-felled to a depth of 30-40 cm after defoliation. At the same time, the larvae of walnut moth excavated in the soil are extirpated and eliminated.
Shi Ji Fei. The organic fertilizer is mainly decomposed, and it is applied as soon as possible after the fruit is harvested and before the deciduous period (which can be combined with deep turning). The amount of fertilizer applied is 25-50 kg/sapling for young trees, 50-100 kg/strain for young fruit trees, and 200-250 kg/strain for fruit trees.
The trunk is white. The autumn and winter trunk whitening can effectively prevent walnut rot disease, cloud beetle and walnut tumor moth and other diseases and insect pests. Its formula is: sulfur powder, lime, and water are prepared in a ratio of 1:10:40.
Watering. Pour frozen water before freezing the soil.
Pest control. The diseased branches, diseased leaves, and diseased fruits are burned or buried deeply, which can prevent pests and diseases such as walnut small giardia to a certain extent.
Saplings winter protection. According to the different degrees of cold in winter, measures such as burial of soil, hay bales, bundles of newspapers, etc., can be taken. The method of soil burial is to cut two ends of a plastic woven bag and put it on a sapling. The middle of the bag is filled with soil. The height of the soil is 30 cm higher than the tip of the tree.
