With the widespread use of easy tear film, the availability of easy tearability has become an extremely important indicator in the purchase of cover film. However, there is currently no uniform method for controlling the opening force of the tear film in the industry, and there is no standard force value parameter. According to their own customized testing methods, many manufacturers even use artificial tearing to emotionally assess the opening force of the cover film. The test results are poorly comparable and the production guidance is small. Test method: The test was carried out by Jinan Languang Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. XLW (PC) intelligent electronic tensile testing machine. During the test, the yogurt cup is placed in the lower clamp slot, and the upper clamp clamps the cover film. Set the test speed to 300 mm/min. At the beginning of the test, the upper clamp drives the cover film to move upward. As the cover film is peeled off, the cup slides in parallel in the lower clamp, ensuring that the cover film is always perpendicular to the cup.
It has been tested that the initial opening force of the firm cover film is greater than the strength of the cover film itself and cannot be opened. Such products must be equipped with a straw. The initial opening force of the easy-to-tear film is greater than the continuous opening force value after the opening, so that it is mainly the initial opening force value that affects the consumer's difficulty in evaluating the opening film. After the test, we found that the opening force value of each brand's cover film is quite different. Although some yogurts use easy-to-peel film, the initial opening force value reaches 46.92N, and in order to ensure the convenience of drinking, most of these products are also equipped with straws. . Generally, there is no yogurt with a straw, and the initial opening force value of the Zui is between 10N and 30N.
