2. The centrifuge must not be moved while the centrifuge is running.
3. The ground of the centrifuge should be solid and flat. The two leveling screws are adjusted to make the centrifuge contact with the ground and evenly stressed to avoid vibration.
4. The centrifuge tube should be weighed and balanced. If the difference between the addition and the liquid is too large, large vibration will occur. At this time, the machine should be stopped for inspection, so that the addition of the liquid can meet the requirements. The centrifuge tube must be placed in even symmetry.
5. If there is a rupture of the centrifuge tube during operation, it will cause a large vibration and should be stopped immediately.
6. If a machine failure occurs during the centrifuge using the beverage machine, the component should be promptly contacted with the technician.
7. When the rotor is pre-cooled, the rotor cover can be placed on the platform of the centrifuge or placed on the test bench. Do not screw it on the rotor, because once it is accidentally activated, the rotor cover will be Will fly out, causing an accident!
8. During the centrifugation process, the operator must not leave the centrifuge room. Once an abnormal situation occurs, the operator cannot turn off the power supply POWER. Press STOP. Fill in the centrifuge usage record before pre-cooling.
9. After the screw cap is tightened, be sure to touch the gap between the rotor and the cover with your fingers. If there is a gap, unscrew and retighten until the gap is confirmed before the centrifuge can be started.
10. After each centrifugation, the rotor must be taken out. Otherwise, it will be placed on the shaft for a long time. It may rust and the rotor will not be taken out, which will cause the centrifuge to be scrapped.
11. The rotor life of the machine is three years. The rotor should be replaced after the expiration.
12. The time interval between restarts after each shutdown should not be less than 5 minutes, so as to avoid damage caused by compressor stall.
13. Do not use fake centrifuge tubes. Do not use aging, deformed or cracked centrifuge tubes.
14. After the holiday and the evening, you can leave after using a routine safety check of the centrifuge.
15. All rotors cannot be used above their high speed.
