The pharmacological effects of Daqi
Pharmacological effects
1. Induced diarrhea: The effect on isolated ileum All kinds of Jingdashengsheng and product decoction have excitatory effects on isolated ileum, increased intestinal motility, and increased intestinal smooth muscle tone. With the increase of concocted vinegar concentration, the contraction strength seems to have a trend of strengthening. Among them, 50% and 70% concentrations have particularly obvious excitatory effects. This product can stimulate the bowel, causing increased bowel movements, resulting in diarrhea. Ethanol extracts from the Beijing University have a diarrhea effect. Hot water extracts have a diarrhea effect on cats.
2. The role of smooth muscle: extract can dilate the end of the blood vessels, excitement pregnancy uterus.
3. Antibacterial effect The fresh leaf juice of Euphorbia sp. in Northeast China has inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro, but after removing the tannin, the antibacterial effect disappears, and the preparation can be stored for several days or heated. Reduce or even lose antibacterial effect. Experiments show that this product has inhibitory effects on Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
4. The effect of diuresis is to use red radix decoction concentrate (80g/kg) to feed the mice. After 2-3 hours, the urine output increased significantly.
5. The effect of the combined use of daphnia and licorice: According to the records of ancient Chinese herbal medicine books, the compatibility of daxies and licorice is contraindicated, which is a converse of eighteen. Animal experiments showed that the mice were injected intraperitoneally with ethanol extracts of Euphorbia medusa and licorice mixture. Their half-life lethal doses were several times smaller than when they were used alone. It was found that the toxicity of the giant salamander was increased when they were combined, and the compatibility of the licorice was improved. More and more toxic. If distillers and licorice were drunk separately, and the dose was mixed when administered, the toxicity was smaller than those of co-dipping, but it was still more toxic than that of sorghum. Decoctions of oral administration of peony and licorice in mice also obtained similar results. Euphorbia and licorice were injected intraperitoneally with 50% ethanol infusion. The LD50 of licorice was 12.4±0.7g/kg, while that of peony was 30.0±5.5g/kg. The LD50 of intraperitoneal injection of Daxie decoction on mice was 4.69±0.021g/kg. The LD50 of Daqin plus licorice (1:1) was 5.02±0.025g/kg by intraperitoneal injection. There was no increase in toxicity.
Intraperitoneal injection of sodium chloride solution in rats caused experimental ascites, oral administration of large-bowel decoction or alcohol infusion, all have a diuretic effect, such as in combination with licorice, its diuretic and diarrhea effect was significantly inhibited, the greater the proportion of licorice, The opposite effect is also stronger. Therefore, from the perspective of treating ascites, the combination of the two is inappropriate. It was also reported that using mouse mortality as an index, it is believed that Daphne (variety not identified) does not have the opposite effect of licorice decoction. However, the size of the dose used, all the rats did not die, further testing is needed.
40% of Euphorbia decoction 0.5ml gavage, no matter whether Euphorbia alone or in combination with licorice, there was no significant difference in the diarrhea effect on mice.
Isolated small intestine experiment: 0.01%-1% of licorice decoction has inhibitory effect on isolated small intestine of rabbits, but with the decrease of drug concentration, the inhibitory effect is gradually weakened, and it gradually becomes slightly excited. The amplitude of the contraction amplitude did not change significantly or slightly decreased when the decoction of Sagittaria grandis was in high concentration, and it gradually increased and the tension decreased when the concentration was low; after combined use, compared with the single-dose detoxifying agent of the same dose, the inhibition effect was high when the concentration was high. Strengthening, when the concentration is decreasing, the difference is not significant or slightly inhibited, and especially when the amount of licorice is greater than that of Beijing University.
The analgesic effect was measured using a YSD-4 pharmacological physiology experiment apparatus and an electrical stimulation box. After mice ig licorice or Beijing Daxue decoction, there is a certain degree of analgesic effect, and the greater the amount is more significant, and the Beijing University is better than licorice. After combined use, compared with the same dose of single-taste decoction, when the two drugs are equal, the analgesic effect is inferior to the single-taste decoction; when the amount of licorice is greater than that of the Beijing Decoction, the analgesic effect is better than that of the single-taste decoction. And related to the amount of use, small doses are superior to large doses.
In vitro frog heart experiments on isolated frog hearts: Isolated frog hearts were prepared by Strdub in vitro frog heart perfusion method. Five frog hearts in each group were divided into 20 groups for experiments. The average value was used as a curve and compared. 0.31-5% of Glycyrrhizae and Euphorbia grandiflorum decoction have obvious inhibitory effect on isolated frog heart when the concentration is high, and when the concentration is low, the effect is weak or insignificant; after combined use, single odor with the same dose In group comparisons, the inhibitory effects were enhanced to varying degrees, and the higher the concentration, the more significant, while the 0.63% was not obvious.
6. Other effects 70% ethanol extract of root bark was injected into animals, blood pressure increased slightly, and renal volume was significantly reduced. No matter the dose size, diuretic effect was not significant. Healthy adult decoction also has no significant diuretic effect. The extract has a dilation effect on peripheral blood vessels and can inhibit the elevating effect of epinephrine. The water extract of Euphorbiapekinensis Rupr. var. Japonensis Mak of the same genus Eupatorium brevifolia had a contraction effect on the uterus of rabbits and guinea pigs in vitro and in situ. Black Sea Euphorbiapontica Prokh's infusions, tinctures and ointments made from fine powders of plants are all irritating to the skin. Long-term application can cause redness, burning, vesicles and even peeling. Facial skin is more sensitive. Immersion is less irritating. Injection of galenic preparations in frogs or cats can stop the heartbeat from contracting. May contain a strong heart.
