The moisture content of sun dried products is slightly higher than that of dried foods. It is not resistant to long-term storage and is only suitable for small-scale production.
2, drying. Unaffected by climate, it can be processed in large quantities. The drying room is preheated to 40-45°C, and the white fungus that has been repaired and washed is sent to the drying room; the initial temperature is 30°C; the water content of the ear drops to about 30% and the temperature gradually rises to 50-60°C. , Bake for 6-10 hours, when the ear close to dry (ear base is not dry), then the temperature is reduced to 30-40 °C until the drying (water content of 10-13%). If the harvest is sunny, you can dry it until it is half dry. The white fungus dried with drying and baking has good color and rich aroma. Immediately after processing, it is graded and sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place. Pay attention to inspections at any time to prevent resurgence, mildew or insects.
