Negative pressure ventilation systems with side wall air inlets allow slower air flow into the houses and the chicken feels more comfortable. They are widely used in closed chicken houses. With a negative pressure ventilation system with a roof air intake, the wind speed in the front and rear of the house is relatively uniform, and it is suitable for situations with relatively small ventilation. Negative pressure ventilation shall provide ventilation according to the air exchange rate of 0.011~0.017m3/min per kg body weight of chickens. Each 460m2 house shall use 10000cfm fan and 5~10min cycle timer. The house shall be maintained at 0.13~0.25cm. The static pressure can reach the ventilation efficiency. To reach the static pressure value, a fan with a diameter of 1m needs an air inlet with a total area of ​​1.4~1.9m2. Positive pressure ventilation is the use of a fan to force air into the house, and the air outlet is adjusted accordingly so that the air output is slightly smaller than the air intake, so that there is a slight positive pressure in the house. Usually the air is sent through a wind pipe placed vertically in the house. The wind hits every point in the house.
3. Vertical and Horizontal Ventilation The vertical ventilation is to install the exhaust fans on the gables or on both sides of the gable near the end of the house. The air inlets are on the other side of the gable or on the walls on both sides of the gable, and there are no doors and windows in other parts of the house. Or close the doors and windows, and the air flows along the longitudinal axis of the ventilation management points of the broiler breeders, suitable for older flock, summer and daytime. The horizontally ventilated fans and air inlets are evenly distributed on the vertical walls on both sides of the house. The air enters the house from the air inlet and crosses the house, and is extracted by the exhaust fan on the opposite wall. It is suitable for chicks, winter and evening. In a ventilated house, the air flow is not uniform, the airflow speed is low, and the dead angle is large, so the air is not fresh and therefore less used. At present, the most effective and effective ventilation method is negative pressure vertical ventilation. This type of ventilation combines the advantages of both negative pressure ventilation and vertical ventilation. There are no dead corners in the house, which can reduce the temperature inside the house and will be harmful. Longitudinal ventilation system is the best ventilation system in summer.
