The routine maintenance of the laboratory is very important for the high and low temperature test chamber. The accuracy and life of the test chamber are closely related to the post maintenance. Maintenance rules:
a. Check the hose and all fittings for leaks every day;
b. Check the intake air temperature and exhaust temperature of each level daily, and clean the oil cooler if necessary;
c. Check the condensate discharge daily. If the displacement is too small or there is no condensate discharge, the water separator must be shut down and the air filter and coolant level should be checked.
Under the maintenance rules:
a. Fix the condenser once every 3 months: For air-cooled cooling of the compressor, the condenser fan should be regularly repaired and the condenser should be decontaminated and dedusted to ensure its good ventilation and heat transfer performance; In addition to ensuring the inlet pressure and inlet temperature, the corresponding flow must be ensured. The interior of the condenser is periodically cleaned and descaled to obtain its continuous heat transfer performance;
b. After the instrument has been used for a certain period of time, a certain amount of dust will accumulate inside. The maintenance engineer or the engineer will periodically open the instrument cover to perform internal dust removal work, and at the same time refasten the heat sink of each heating element to optics. The sealed window of the box is cleaned and the light path is calibrated if necessary;
c. After the completion of each test, set the temperature near the ambient temperature, and then cut off the power supply after working for about 30 minutes, and wipe the wall of the working chamber. When the machine is not used for a long time, the product should be energized every half month periodically. The power-on time is not less than 1 hour.
