2. The semi-detachable hydraulic system gripping device accurately applies the grip handle to accurately match the application. When applying force to regulate tillage, the position adjustment handle should be placed in the promotion position first, and the height of promotion of the implement is determined by the promotion position where the position adjustment handle is located, and only the force adjustment handle is used to raise and lower the implement. After the trial plough has chosen a suitable tillage depth, the handle should be adjusted with the positioning handwheel to ensure that the handle is moved to the same position each time, so that each time the depth of the plow is the same. When the adjustment work is applied, the force adjustment handle should be placed in the highest promotion position first, and only the position adjustment handle can be used to lift the agricultural implement. After the landing position and promotion position of the agricultural implement is selected, the positioning handle wheel can be used to position the adjustment handle. When the farm implements are transported for a long interval, after the implement is raised to the transport position, the handle is locked with the positioning handle, and the landing speed regulating handwheel should be screwed in the end so that the oil drain path is blocked and the agricultural implement is locked in transportation. Positionally, accidents can be caused by accidentally inadvertently flipping the handle. When hydraulic transmission is not required, it is forbidden to pull the position adjustment lever to the hydraulic output area to prevent the safety valve from opening frequently, resulting in oil wear and power loss.
3. Accurate application of the integrated hydraulic system holding device The integral hydraulic system is to install the hydraulic components such as the power part, the control part and the working part in the hydraulic system into a single casing to form a whole hydraulic system. It does not have a separate fuel tank and the working oil used is the gear oil in the rear axle. The lifting and lowering of agricultural implements. The fan-shaped outer handle is fixed in a shallow deep area, the inner handle pulls the fast word status of the sector plate, and the agricultural implement lands quickly. If the slower status is reached, the farm tools will land more slowly. When the internal shank is placed in a different position in the area where the sector board rises and lowers, the implement is correspondingly kept at a different height from the ground. When force-adjusting tillage, the inner shank selects the proper landing speed in the fast and slow sections, and the outer handle selects the required ploughing depth in the deep and shallow sections. Later, when the ploughs and plows are ploughed in the ground, only the internal handle is used to lift and the external handle is generally not changed any more. When using position adjustment work, the internal handle is held in the up and down section, and the outside handle should be placed deep under the sector plate. When the agricultural implements are transferred for land transfer, the internal control handle should be placed in the highest promotion position and locked with the positioning hand wheel to keep the implement in the transport position. The outer handle should be in a shallow section. It is not possible to pull both handles upwards, since the outer handle is in the hydraulic output position at this time, the dispensing valve cannot return to the neutral position, and the result must force the safety valve to open. When using the hydraulic output, the internal handle should be fast and slow; select the landing speed within the segment. The outer handle is pulled to the upper position for hydraulic output. If the outer handle is pushed slightly forward, it is the neutral state of the split cylinder. If the outer handle is pushed forward more, it is the landing process of the split cylinder. When the hydraulic pump is not applied, the eccentric shaft clutch handle of the hydraulic pump should be moved to the off position to prevent the hydraulic pump from idling and causing unnecessary wear of the precision parts. When holding the hydraulic pump eccentric shaft clutch handle, the clutch must be stepped to the end.
