First, we must first select suitable breeding standards. In the self-provisioned feed, it is necessary to first select appropriate feeding standards based on the pig's breed, age, growth and development stage, and production purpose and level. The nutrient needs of the pig and the supply of nutrients to the feed are unified to determine the nutritional requirements to meet the requirements. The nutritional needs of pigs maximize the conversion rate of feed and increase feed remuneration.

Second, make full use of local feed species resources. When choosing raw materials, we must adhere to local conditions, draw materials locally, make full use of self-produced feeds or feeds with high local nutrient content, cheap prices, and guaranteed sources, and try our best to save on freight and labor expenses and reduce costs.

Third, ensure the quality of feed. It is required to use fresh feed, but it is strictly prohibited to use moldy and degenerative feeds. To control toxic feeds (such as cottonseed cakes), it is necessary to strictly control the amount of feed and do detoxification treatment. Otherwise, even if it meets the standards in theory, it cannot actually guarantee the live pigs. Nutritional needs also affect pig growth and feed utilization.

Fourth, pay attention to palatability. Palatability directly affects the feed intake of pigs. Therefore, when formulating feeds, feedstuffs with good palatability should be used more, and those with poor palatability should be used less; feeds with poor odor and poor palatability should be increased from little to large, and gradually increased to give them an adaptation process. Try to make the pigs in a short period of time. Eat inside. In addition, change the feed or ratio slowly, sudden changes will reduce palatability, resulting in indigestion, affecting growth.

Fifth, varieties should be diversified. In order to ensure perfect nutrition and high feed digestibility, it is best to use a variety of feeds to match, and at least 4-5 kinds of fine, coarse and green materials can be reasonably matched to exert the complementary effects of various feeds and improve the utilization of feed.

Six, with reasonable. When formulating feeds, the proportion of refined roughage should be appropriate, and a well-matched diet should achieve nutritious, moderate volume, and good palatability to ensure that pigs eat enough to eat and satisfy nutritional needs. Otherwise, if the feed volume is too small and the nutrient concentration is large, the pig will not feel full after eating it, and it will not affect its growth.

Seven, pay attention to the cellulose content of feed. Pigs are monogastric animals and have poor digestion of crude fiber. Therefore, the content of cellulose in the feed should be controlled according to the limits of the feeding standards. The piglets should not exceed 4%, the growth and finishing pigs and breeding boars should not exceed 6%-8%, and the breeding sows should not exceed 10%-12%.

Eight, with the uniform. After all kinds of raw materials are weighed according to the proportions, the basic materials such as corn, bran, and cakes are mixed evenly, and then the other materials with less addition amount are mixed evenly, and it is necessary to mix and replenish the ingredients in the mixing process, especially For the various additives used in the diet, it is necessary to adopt a pre-mixed method, that is, first mix with a small amount of auxiliary materials, then mix with more auxiliary materials, and then mix it into the entire diet repeatedly to mix evenly; otherwise, a poisoning accident may occur.

Nine, processing modulation should be reasonable. Doing a good job in raw material processing and modulation is the key to improving feed digestibility. Self-made feed is generally a powdered feed. X. Deposit management must be scientific.
