Instructions for use of the V-type mixer :
1. Turn on the vacuum pump, put the nozzle into the material of the feeding cylinder, adjust the venting valve so that the vacuum degree is about 200 mm, and the material can be sucked smoothly.
2. After the feeding is completed, pull in the suction and suction pipes and replace them with a small sealing cover to mix.
3. For the flammable materials in the vacuum feeding process, in order to prevent static sparks in the suction hose, the user should take corresponding measures to remove static electricity.
4. The equipment is installed on site, and the ruler needs to be adjusted horizontally. The cylinder is flexible and can be used.
5. The gas buffer tank and the gas water separation tank should be drained regularly from the tank bottom valve port.
