How to properly debug the disc dryer

The machine combines a wide range of technologies and has been continuously developed to develop a multi-layer vertical continuous heat transfer device. In the working process, the heat carrier is introduced into the hollow disk of each layer, and the product is indirectly heated by heat conduction, and the normal level can be achieved through reasonable debugging.

Disk dryer commissioning:

1. Confirm the pipe connection bolts of the complete equipment. The connection of the anchor bolts is reliable. Check the lubrication condition of each running part. The manual rotation of the moving parts should be flexible, free of jamming, blockage of foreign objects, and no warping of the leaves. And so on.

2. Open the main engine, open the trap bypass valve, open the heating valve, purge the inside of the disc with steam, and close the bypass valve after discharging the non-condensable gas to check whether the heating disc and the trap are leaking. Warm up for about 10 minutes, check that the temperature of each surface should be even and normal.

3. Open the exhaust fan and other auxiliary machines (if any) except the feeder, slowly raise the temperature of the plate to the rated value, and run the air for 30 to 120 minutes depending on the size of the equipment. During the operation of the entire empty car, the operation of each moving device, the temperature rise of the bearing and the motor, the vibration of the equipment, the noise, etc., as well as the leakage of the thermal equipment should be checked repeatedly, and the problem should be solved in time.

The size of the tray dryer is alternately arranged up and down, and the material is continuously flowed through the dryer. A heating medium is introduced into the hollow drying tray. The heating medium is in the form of saturated steam, hot water and heat transfer oil. The heating medium enters from one end of the drying tray and is led out from the other end.
