Alternating damp heat test process:
The alternating heat and humidity test chamber takes 24h as a test cycle, and each cycle is divided into four successive stages: temperature rise, high temperature and high humidity, temperature drop and low temperature and high humidity. The temperature and humidity requirements and control procedures for each stage are as follows:
1. Warming stage:
Within ( 1.5~2.5 ) h , the temperature inside the box should be continuously increased from ( 25 ± 2 ) °C to ( 60 ± 2 ) °C; the relative humidity can be no less than 90% except for the last 15 minutes , and the rest time is not less than 95. % , condensation should appear on the surface of the sample at this stage.
2. High temperature and high humidity stage:
The temperature inside the box should be kept at ( 60 ± 2 ) °C; the relative humidity can be 90%~100% except for the initial or last 15min , and the rest time is ( 93 ± 3 ) % , from the beginning of the cycle until ( 12 ± 0.5 ) h , the total time of the two phases 1 and 2 is ( 12 ± 0.5 ) h .
3. Cooling stage:
Within ( 1.5~2.5 ) h , the temperature inside the box should be continuously reduced from ( 60 ± 2 ) °C to ( 25 ± 2 ) °C; the relative humidity should be no less than 90% except for the initial 15min , and the rest time should be no lower than 95% .
4, low temperature and high humidity stage:
The temperature inside the tank should be maintained at ( 25 ± 2 ) °C and then counted up when it begins to rise.
