When the inkjet printer is coding, the ink should be charged. After charging, the ink droplets containing different electric quantities are deflected under the action of a high-voltage electric field force, and the required inkjet content is formed by the movement of the product. In order to ensure good charging of the ink droplets, the printer has a circuit for detecting charging, called phase detection, and if the ink droplets are not well charged, it reports a charging ink dot detection failure.

There are some reasons for charging ink dot detection failure? There are three reasons. First, the ink droplets are not well split, the modulation voltage is unqualified, the ink viscosity is not normal, the pressure is not suitable, or the crystal rod may be damaged, but the probability of damage to the crystal rod is relatively small. Second, the ink deteriorates, the ink expires, and the water in the ink affects the charging or precipitation in the ink. Third, the charging circuit, the phase detection circuit has problems, the charging slot is dirty, resulting in sticky ink; the loss of the charging slot is also possible.

Knowing the cause of the charging dot detection failure will solve the solution. Solution 1. Check the split. If the split is not normal, adjust the modulation voltage and observe the change until it is appropriate. Second, check the sanitary condition of the charging slot of the printer, the dirty charging tank must be cleaned. Third, check whether the ink is out of date; check whether there is a gap between the set value of the ink viscosity and the current value, and determine the viscosity of the ink. The most direct and fastest way is to change the ink.

Tip: inkjet ink viscosity

Ink viscosity, ink viscosity refers to the viscosity of the ink, not the concentration. The small character inkjet printer has high requirements on the viscosity of the ink. The viscosity, concentration and temperature have a certain relationship. The higher the concentration temperature, the higher the viscosity, and the higher the viscosity, the higher the viscosity. Therefore, the printer should set different ink viscosity values ​​at different temperatures. If the current viscosity is far from the current set value, the inkjet printing effect of the printer is not good, and the ink viscosity is reported to be faulty.
