2. 3. When replacing the high-efficiency air filter, pay attention to the correct size of the model size (original manufacturer configuration), press the arrow wind direction device, and pay attention to the perimeter seal of the filter, no leakage occurs.

4. When replacing the high-efficiency air filter, pay attention to the correct type of high-efficiency air filtration, and recognize the arrow mark on the high-efficiency filter. The arrow should point to the direction of air flow.

5. Regularly check the purification efficiency of the work area, the number of colonies, and the wind speed in the work area (usually three to six months).

6. When it is found that the wind speed becomes small, first check whether the surface of the pre-filter is black. If it is black, it means that the pre-filter has more dust and the resistance is increased. That is, the non-woven fabric in the pre-filter should be removed for cleaning or Exchange.

7. When the non-woven fabric is exchanged or cleaned, the wind speed cannot be increased, indicating that the high-efficiency filter resistance is increased. At this time, the air volume button can be adjusted to increase the air volume of the fan, thereby increasing the wind speed of the air supply surface.

8. After the high-efficiency air filter is replaced, it is necessary to confirm that there is no leakage on the frame. And carry out system testing, and then reach the technical indicators before normal work can be carried out.

9. Regularly check the electrical circuit. If there is any fault, it should be eliminated in time.

10. According to the actual use, the primary filter is removed and cleaned regularly, and the cleaning cycle is generally 3-6 months. (If it is not cleaned for a long time, the dust will affect the insufficient air intake and reduce the cleaning effect.)
