New research shows that drinking tea reduces fracture risk
Scientists from the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences published a research report in the "Nutrition Research" recently that tea drinking can increase bone mineral density (BMD). This study shows that drinking tea can increase bone density, but the association with osteoporotic fractures also requires high-quality clinical studies to verify.
